What better way to start off a new year than to wrap up a successful one? In our humble opinion the Luxury Simplified Retreats team crushed it in 2016, and we’re proud of it! Of course there’s always room to grow, and we have high hopes for 2017. Our dedicated team spent countless hours planning activities for incoming guests, tying bows on our “Taste of Charleston” welcome boxes, and ensuring each luxury vacation home is in immaculate shape before each guest arrives. Top 30 Air Bnb in Charleston
We’re proud to announce that by providing top-notch guest services, upscale amenities, and premier accommodation locations, our “Maison Des Fleurs” vacation home was voted in the Top 30 Air Bnb rentals in Charleston. In addition, Livability voted this same gorgeous house as the number ONE Air Bnb in Charleston, beating 300+ competitors to the top and setting the bar high for 2017.
Country Music Came Calling:
Country music star (and blue-eyed hunk), Brett Eldredge, spent the day shooting his top hit “Drunk on Your Love” in Maison Des Fleurs, our charming two-bedroom property located in the French Quarter of downtown Charleston. Not only was this was a first for us, but we were thrilled to have one of our top luxury vacation rentals shine as the backdrop for this dreamy, romantic video. Brett, you’re welcome back anytime!
12 New Properties
In 2016, Luxury Simplified Retreats welcomed 12 new luxury properties to the family. Averaging one property a month, we now have a total of 22 incredible vacation rentals in Charleston, from the downtown peninsula out to the island beaches. The word is out that the Luxury Simplified Retreats is dedicated to providing seamless property management experience, so whether you’re an existing homeowner looking to switch property managers, or an out-of-towner looking for a team you can be confident in, look no further.
473 Booking Reservations
Last year, we added the capability to book our luxury vacation rentals directly through our website instead of on sites like VRBO. Through this, we managed a whopping 473 booking reservations throughout our 22 Charleston vacation rental properties. From the minute we walk in the doors at our office at 95 Broad Street, we’re responding to inquiries and helping our guests choose the vacation that’s right for them, which is why we managed more than one booking per day in 2016!
4,703 Nights Booked
At Luxury Simplified Retreats, our number one priority is ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while visiting Charleston. We’re happy to say that we’ve helped create 4,703 memorable nights for our guests – a number which we can’t wait to top in 2017!
