CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF JANUARY 1, 2023
For ARRIVALS beginning JANUARY 1, 2023:
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests made more than 60 days from the date of arrival will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests made at least 30 to 60 days of arrival, will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation requests made within 30 days of arrival, are not subject to a refund.
- Reservation modifications are subject to the same terms and conditions as cancellations.
